06. Listing Services

Farmers may list agricultural products for sale on the Green Exchange platform. By doing so, you agree that:

  • You are the rightful owner of the products listed and have the right to sell them.
  • You will accurately describe the products, including their condition, quality, and price.
  • You will fulfill all orders made by buyers through the platform in a timely manner.

07. Transactions and Payments

Transactions between users are facilitated through Green Exchange. By engaging in a transaction:

  • Buyers agree to pay the specified price for products listed on the platform.
  • Sellers agree to deliver the products as described in the listing.
  • Green Exchange may charge a commission or service fee for facilitating transactions. Any fees will be clearly displayed before a transaction is completed.

08. Cancellations and Refunds

Both buyers and sellers may cancel orders under certain conditions:

  • Sellers may cancel if they are unable to fulfill an order.
  • Buyers may cancel before the product is shipped or delivered.
  • Refunds are subject to our Refund Policy, which will be provided upon request.

09. Limitation of Liability

VI Marketplace (Green Exchange) shall not be held liable for:

  • Any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use of our platform.
  • The quality, condition, or legality of products listed by sellers.
  • Any disputes between users, including buyers and sellers.

All intellectual property rights in the website, including content, trademarks, and logos, are owned by or licensed to VI Marketplace. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the website without our prior written consent.
